Welcome to the SLC Community Choirs website! We are a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing exceptional music experiences and education to singers of all ages in the Southern Lancaster County community. Our organization is unique in that we are not affiliated with any one school or church, but instead, we are committed to serving the entire community.
Crescendo, one of our choirs, offers a fantastic singing opportunity to individuals in Grade 9 through adult. Our choir rehearses on a weekly basis and performs throughout the fall and spring, offering you the chance to showcase your talents in front of a supportive audience. Our choir repertoire typically includes a wide range of music, from folk tunes and show tunes to spirituals, multicultural selections, and contemporary choral pieces.
We are proud of our commitment to providing enriching musical experiences to our members and the community, and we hope you will consider joining us. Our choir is open to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced singers, and we provide a welcoming environment for you to develop your musical talents and make lasting connections with others who share your passion for music. Thank you for visiting our website, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming performances!
Our Season Sponsors play a vital role in making everything we do possible.
Because of their support, SLC Community Choirs continues to bring people together across Lancaster County through meaningful, high quality musical experiences.
Interested in joining this group of community supporters? We would love to partner with you and share how your sponsorship can make a meaningful impact through music.
Give Where You Live.
Help Keep Our Community Singing.
On Friday, November 20, 2026, SLC Community Choirs is joining nonprofits across Lancaster County for The ExtraGive, and we’re inviting you to help us continue bringing people together through music.
For nearly 19 seasons, SLC Community Choirs has created a place where singers can find their voice, audiences can experience live music, and people of different ages and backgrounds can come together as a community.
Your ExtraGive donation helps make that possible.
When you give to SLC Community Choirs, you help provide music, rehearsal and performance spaces, musicians, educational opportunities, and all of the behind-the-scenes pieces that bring our programs to life.
Your support also helps us keep many of our performances pay what you will, because we believe experiencing live music should not depend on someone's ability to purchase a ticket.
This season, your generosity will help support our Christmas Concert Series, Dinner Concert, Spring Concert Series, and our Children’s Choral Festival for students in grades 4–8, giving young singers the opportunity to learn, perform, and discover everything that goes into creating a live musical production.
You don’t have to be a singer to be part of SLC Community Choirs.
When you give, you become part of the community that makes the music possible. Whether your ExtraGive gift is $10, $25, $50, $100 or more, it joins with the generosity of others to help us continue creating meaningful, accessible musical experiences right here in our community.
